                -                   Applicants using Live Scan (applicants  who are currently located in California or traveling to California to use Live  Scan) must get the Live Scan form on the Fingerprint Tab of the BPELSG Connect  application.  Applicants who are using a  paper application (Certified Engineering Geologist, Certified Hydrogeologist,  and Professional Geophysicist applicants ONLY) must email BPELSG.Fingerprint.Questions@dca.ca.gov to get the  form.

- Request Fingerprint Cards (Certified Engineering Geologist,  Certified Hydrogeologist, and Professional Geophysicist applicants located  outside of California ONLY. All other applicants located outside of California  will be mailed two (2) traditional fingerprint cards after they have submitted  their application and fees in BPELSG Connect.
